The Story
By day, Ganta Nakami struggles to stay focused and alert in class. At night, he lies awake, waiting for dreams that never come. What Ganta doesn’t know is that his classmate, Isaki Magari, fights the same daily battle… until he stumbles across her napping in their school’s unused observatory! Bonding over their mutual insomnia, they share the hiding place, then start to sneak out and explore the night together. Of course, it’s just a convenient friendship… or is it the start of something more? Separated from their peers by the vast gulf of sleep, they find themselves growing closer and closer as INSOMNIACS AFTER SCHOOL.
