At Shop the Sentai Anime Store, we want you to wear your fandom with confidence. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until we notify you that your refund or exchange has been processed.
